Mingles Martini and Champagne Lounge
has been in operation since May 1, 2000 at 370 Embarcadero West
in the famous Jack London Square waterfront business,
entertainment and tourist district of Oakland, California. Jack
London Square attracts thousands of tourists and residents from
the entire Bay Area because of dozens of restaurants with
worldwide cuisine, shops, galleries, the farmers market,
theaters and clubs along the Oakland Estuary. The area is
entirely accessible by bus, train, boat, ferry, BART (Bay Area
Rapid Transit) and taxi with plenty of parking lots and street

Mingles is one of Oakland’s most popular entertainment clubs
with live music by some of the Bay Area’s leading bands, some of the
area’s most popular DJs, popular dance lessons, dancing and special
promotional events every day. Every holiday is celebrated at Mingles
with a special event. All styles of music are featured at Mingles
satisfying the wide ranging musical taste of its clientele including
jazz, R&B, Old School, reggae, hip-hop, blues, digital and DanceHall.
The club opens daily
at 4 p.m. with a Happy Hour discount and daily drink specials. The
club features a VIP area available for rental to celebrate private
events, birthdays and anniversaries and has a full stage, a dance
floor, a sound system, lighting equipment, a DJ booth and television
monitors.
On Friday the
popular Bay Area band “The Ballad Lounge” featuring renowned
vocalists Greg Ballad and Chuck Lounge perform classic R&B songs
by Luther Vandross, Barry White, Brian McKnight and Bobby Womack
every Friday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. The evening continues with
the sounds of hot DJs Lash, Juice and Moe 1. These popular DJs
have a major following.Every Sunday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. features the
live jam session with internationally known musician and teacher Kahlil Shaheed

The featured Cognac drink at Mingles Lounge is Courvoisier,
Courvoisier VSOP and the exclusive Courvoisier XO. The preferred
cocktail at Mingles is Courvoisier.
Now as the local House of Courvoisier, the cognac’s classic
branding images are prominently depicted. The entire stage was
transformed to display a full wall mural with the name of
Courvoisier, bottles of VSOP and XO and the trademark images. The
images are well received by Mingles’ clientele who have
complimented and commented on how the large vivid images and
strong coloration give the club an enhanced look and appeal. Of
course, Mingles is constantly passing the Courvoisier and more so
since adding the images.
